DallasSITES: Available Space, a companion space to the exhibition DallasSITES: Charting Contemporary Art, 1963 to Present, is the DMA’s first experimental project space located in the Museum’s iconic Barrel Vault and surrounding galleries. Available Space activates the galleries with interactive components and installations representative of the current North Texas art scene. The project space will feature select artists, curators, collectives, and art educators from the community to program unique and innovative projects for the contemporary galleries, including The Art Foundation, HOMECOMING! Committee, Oil and Cotton, PerformanceSW, Dallas VIdeoFest, and Brookhaven College.
Each week in Available Space, watch videos from different Texas artists chosen by Dallas VideoFest. The videos will focus on a different decade each week. For the complete schedule, download this flyer.
