The DMA will host a site-specific mural, Sprouts, reach in to reach out, by Indian artist N S Harsha in the Museum’s first-level Concourse, marking Harsha’s first exhibition in Dallas. Harsha is inspired by Indian popular and miniature painting, which he translates to large-scale wall paintings. He received the prestigious DAAD Scholarship in 2012, and was awarded the Artes Mundi Prize in 2008. His work has been featured in group and solo shows around the world.
Admission is FREE.
