David Corwin - DMA Cafe Executive Chef 

Chef David Corwin was inspired by his mother, an executive in the food tradeshow industry, to attend the California Culinary Academy. Post-graduation, he perfected his skills at Michelin-starred The Village Pub under Mark Sullivan. Corwin then served as Assistant Pastry Chef at Aurora Maison d’Cuisine and as Chef de Cuisine under Hans Bergman. 

He continued to grow his career at Paris 7th as Executive Sous Chef and later reopened Saint Emilion. Corwin also worked closely with Scott Blankenship at Triniti on the 48th floor of Thanksgiving Square as Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine. 

Scott Blankenship - Corporate Executive Chef 

Chef Scott Blankenship’s culinary journey began at El Centro College, followed by a prestigious apprenticeship at the Adolphus Hotel. He spent nine years there, advancing to Banquet Chef and Sous Chef in the acclaimed French Room. He then led Dallas’s Tower Club as Executive Chef for eight years, continuously delivering exceptional culinary experiences. 

From 2006 to 2015, he operated Triniti on Thanksgiving Square’s 48th floor, collaborating with Chef Walter Scheib and working with trusted Sous Chef David Corwin. Blankenship’s exceptional leadership and innovative vision have brought him to his current role as Corporate Executive Chef with G Texas Catering. 

Ignacio Vargas - Catering Commissary Chef 

Chef Ignacio Vargas is a talented Sous Chef who has been a cornerstone of the G Texas team for over 12 years. Inspired by southwestern cuisine, he brings a creative flair to every dish he crafts. His innovative approach transforms traditional flavors into extraordinary culinary experiences, always pushing boundaries and delighting our guests. He inspires our kitchen team with his leadership and creativity, making every meal a celebration of bold, delectable flavors.
