Arturo's Art & Me: Story Weavers

For a 3–5 year old and a favorite grown-up! Adults and young children listen to a story, look at works of art, and play hands-on games in the Museum galleries, and then create an original work of art in the Art Studio. Taught by Museum Education staff. Class size is limited to eighteen children.

From tall tales and legends to daring adventures and fairy tales, every work of art has a story! In September, learn how artist John Biggers weaves together African folktales, family memories, and beautiful patterns to create a story in art.

Adults and younger siblings do not need a ticket. When classes are filled, e-mail lhanson@DMA.org to be placed on the waiting list.
