Make & Take: Monotype Moment

Join us for a guided art-making series for adults, one Thursday every month. Drop by and stay for as long as you want. Whether it's a few minutes or an hour, you'll leave with a new skill and your own creation. No previous experience necessary and all materials provided.

Scratch, rub, swab, and pat ink to create a monotype print. Learn more about the long history of monotype printing and look at different pieces in the permanent collection that use the same process. Attendees will be using the same subtractive techniques found in the exhibition Ida O’Keeffe: Escaping Georgia’s Shadow.
