Teen Workshop: Textile Design

The designers of the House of Dior have a legacy of finding inspiration in art. Some manage to capture the spirit of a style and time, while others replicate an artist's process down to the very weave of the threads. In this three-day workshop, enter the world of fashion at the foundation: the fabric itself. Design a textile with color, pattern, and a little inspiration from a work of art in the DMA's collection. Intended for ages 13–19; all materials provided.
