Join the curators of Slip Zone: A New Look at Postwar Abstraction in the Americas and East Asia, Dr. Anna Katherine Brodbeck, Hoffman Family Senior Curator of Contemporary Art, and Dr. Vivian Li, The Lupe Murchison Curator of Contemporary Art, for a scholar panel exploring the transnational nature of the artistic movements addressed in the exhibition. The panel will feature Danielle Burns Wilson, Curator and Art Director at Project Row Houses in Third Ward, Houston, Texas, along with Dr. Adele Nelson, Assistant Professor, Department of Art and Art History at the University of Texas at Austin, and art historian and curator Reiko Tomii.
