The Young Masters exhibition features selected works created by Advanced Placement® Studio Art, Art History, and Music Theory students from ten Dallas-area high schools participating in the O’Donnell Foundation’s AP Arts Incentive Program. Celebrating 20 years, the 2018 Young Masters exhibition includes 64 original works and features two-dimensional and three-dimensional pieces created by AP Studio Art students, essays analyzing works in the DMA’s collection by AP Art History students, and four-minute original compositions by AP Music Theory students.

Since its founding in 1994, more than 20,500 arts and music students have benefited from the O’Donnell Foundation’s AP incentive programs. Last year, graduating seniors earned over $42 million in scholarship offers.

On Sunday, March 11, watch six studio artists, whose work is featured in this year’s Young Masters Exhibition, as they work their magic on LARK on the Park's iconic blackboard walls. Enjoy LARK’s brunch (call ahead to make reservations) as these talented students create an original work of art in chalk.

Admission is FREE
