Summer Camp: Adventures in Animation

Ages 9–12

Whether you like old-school Disney movies, Japanese anime, or Claymation, the art of creating pictures that move goes way back! In this camp, spend the week crafting your own story and bringing it to life through the magic of stop-motion animation. We'll find visual inspiration in the galleries, and then create flipbooks, storyboards, backgrounds, characters, and an animated short using low and high tech.

Campers may bring a personal tablet to camp for creating their animated short, but it is not required.
