In conversation with Amanda Eyre Ward
In Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, the instant New York Times bestseller by Gabrielle Zevin, two friends come together as creative partners and discover that success brings them fame, joy, tragedy, duplicity, and, ultimately, a kind of immortality. Spanning 30 years, from Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Venice Beach, California, this intricately imagined novel examines the multifarious nature of identity, disability, failure, the redemptive possibilities in play, and above all, our need to connect: to be loved and to love.
Following a 25-bidder auction, the feature film rights to Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow were acquired by Temple Hill and Paramount Studios. Zevin is currently writing the screenplay. Gabrielle Zevin is the author of several critically acclaimed novels, including The Storied Life of A. J. Fikry, and screenwriter of the film Conversations with Other Women, starring Aaron Eckhart and Helena Bonham Carter.
"A beautifully wrought saga of human connection and the creative process, of love and all of its complicated levels. Bits of this book lingered in my head the way ghosts of Tetris pieces continue to fall in your mind’s eye after playing." —Erin Morgenstern, author of The Starless Sea
