Family Workshop: Fabulous Fibers

Family Workshops are for children ages 6–12 and their favorite grown-ups. Explore the galleries, engage in artful conversations, and try hands-on games as a family before creating a work of art in the studio. Class size is limited to 15 children.

This August, find common threads between Indigenous and contemporary textile practices in the work of fiber artists from around the world. In the studio, learn a new method for creating your own textile art!

Adults and younger siblings do not need a ticket. When classes are filled, email familyprograms@dma.org to be placed on the waiting list.
