Dallas, TX—April 4, 2023— The Dallas Museum of Art (DMA) announced today the appointment of key leadership positions. These positions demonstrate the DMA’s commitment to serve our diverse local audiences, while positioning Dallas as a premier global arts destination.

“As the art museum of the City of Dallas, we have made a commitment to provide a welcoming, equitable environment for everyone who visits,” said Dr. Agustín Arteaga, The Eugene McDermott Director. “The experience and dedication of this new slate of leaders will ensure that we are able to enrich the ways in which people experience art by focusing on inclusivity throughout the Museum and through our work in the community. I hope our community sees these appointments as investments in not only the future of the Museum but also the future of Dallas.”

Nia Amadife, Director of Human Resources
A new addition to the DMA’s staff, Nia Amadife has been appointed Director of Human Resources. Joining the DMA from Childfund International, where she served as Global HR Business Partner & Practice lead, Amadife will bolster the Museum’s commitment to its ongoing DEI initiatives. She will serve as both an internal champion for staff and a key contributor to initiatives that support the DMA’s goals to be inclusive, equitable, fair and welcoming to the entire community.

Stacey Lizotte, Chief Learning Officer
Stacey was appointed Chief Learning Officer in addition to her position as The Allen and Kelli Questrom Center for Creative Connections Director of Education. Lizotte has been with the DMA for 19 years and has consistently brought innovative ideas to the Museum’s educational programming, strengthening the DMA’s commitment to reach diverse communities of Dallas.

Brad Pritchett, Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
The promotion of Brad Pritchett to Chief Experience Officer from Chief Marketing & Communications Officer will centralize all guest interactions under an Experience Department, encompassing Guest Services and all earned revenue channels, in addition to all Marketing and Communications functions. The DMA was recently named the 2023 Dallas Voice Reader’s Choice for Best Museum and the 2022 Best Museum by D Magazine and Pritchett looks forward to building on this momentum to enhance the DMA experience to match the world class standard for the art in our care.

Aschelle Morgan, Director of External Affairs
Aschelle Morgan has been promoted to Director of External Affairs, expanding on her prior role as Director of Communications and Public Relations. Her 10+ years of experience in community engagement and advocacy will help strengthen and promote the Museum’s initiatives as the institution works to serve all members of the Dallas community.
