For Visitors with Limited Mobility

All of the Museum’s public galleries are accessible to wheelchair users and other visitors who cannot use stairs. The Museum entrance and all of the restrooms are ADA compatible.

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis from the Guest Services Desks. 
If you need assistance upon arrival, please call the Guest Services at 214-922-1803.

In addition, accessible parking spaces are located on Levels P1, P2, and P3 of the Museum’s parking garage.
