Know before you go
- Free access to México 1900–1950 is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Museum entry during DMA Family Days is only through Flora Street Entrance and the Main Entrance facing Klyde Warren Park.
- During DMA Family Days the Museum’s underground garage is accessible only from North St. Paul Street (one way, south). Parking is limited, for alternate parking options visit the Dallas Arts District website.
- Due to the popularity of the exhibition, there may be up to two hour lines during peak visiting hours.
- DMA Family Days will take place rain or shine. Because there may be outdoor lines, we recommend wearing weather appropriate clothing. If you bring an umbrella, you will be required to check it upon entering the Museum.

Kick off your family day with a performance of Mexican guitar music inspired by the México 1900–1950 exhibition performed by Ben Tavera King.

Art Making in the C3 Studio
Drop in and make your own papel picado in the Center for Creative Connections Art Studio. First come, first served; space is limited.

Inspired by México 1900–1950, enjoy a traditional mariachi performance by Mariachi Rosas Divinas, Dallas-Fort Worth’s first and only all-female mariachi ensemble.
