Homeschool Class for Families: All About Buddha

The Homeschool Class for Families offers an interactive Museum experience for children ages 6-12. Discuss works of art in the galleries, participate in a hands-on activity, and create a work of art in the studio. Taught by Museum education staff. Class size is limited to twenty children.

In May, we'll traverse the galleries of South Asian and Japanese art to learn about the story and symbols of Buddha, then create colorful sand mandalas in the art studio.

Adults do not need a ticket. When classes are filled, email jsheppard@DMA.org to be placed on the waiting list.
