Ideas in Bloom: Sketching and Bouquets Highlights Tour

Sketch flowers in Klyde Warren Park led by artist and DMA educator JC Bigornia, and then enjoy a brief highlights tour of the DMA's exhibition Bouquets: French Still-Life Painting from Chardin to Matisse led by Laura Sevelis, the McDermott Curatorial Intern for European Art at the DMA. The first major American exhibition to consider the French floral still life across the 19th century, it showcases more than 60 floral still-life paintings by artists such as Delacroix, Fantin-Latour, Manet, Cézanne, and Matisse.
