In partnership with Kadampa Meditation Center Texas
The mind is a creative force. It can throw us into deep despair or elevate us to the highest joys. Through imagination, feeling, intention, and other brushstrokes of the mind, we are the creators of our daily experience. Through meditation, we can learn to channel the powerful and creative energy of the mind in the direction of greater wisdom and peace. A life lived mindfully is the highest art, the best creation.
