Late Night Talk: Fair Park Deco

Each visit to the State Fair of Texas is a walk through one of the great remaining fair sites of the past and a piece of Texas history. In anticipation of this year's fair, author-historians David Bush and Jim Parsons will discuss their book Fair Park Deco, a close look at some of the examples of 1930s art and architecture that make Fair Park a national historic landmark and a Dallas treasure. Bush and Parsons will share Fair Park's beginnings as the home of the 1936 Texas Centennial and relate some key features to look for during your next visit.
