Make & Take Art Kit: Curbside to Bedside Mirrors

Take inspiration from Curbed Vanity: A Contemporary Foil by Chris Schanck and create a handheld mirror that imitates the romanticism and luxury of the Gilded Age. Working with common materials, you will explore how to reconceive the meaning of objects through creative repurposing and reuse.

Kits are free and include printed instructions, a QR code for a video tutorial, and enough supplies for one participant.

Reserved kits will be available for pick-up at the Flora Street Entrance from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. When picking up a kit, stay in your car and a DMA staff member will place the kit in your trunk.
