Join Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Jampa, the National Spiritual Director of Kadampa Buddhism in the U.S. and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Texas, as he discusses how training in mindfulness and meditation gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind.
