Join us for Piano Music from Mexico and the United States, an engaging recital program presented by Mexican pianist Mauricio Náder. This concert invites the audience into a universe of Romanticism and Folklor as imagined during the 1900s by diverse eminent composers from Mexico and the United States.
Náder began performing at the age of nine years old and has maintained an active career, performing at major venues of the American continent, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. He debuted as a soloist with the National Symphony Orchestra (Mexico) at the age of nineteen, and since then he is frequently invited by all of Mexico’s major orchestras, as well as by diverse orchestras from abroad. He obtained the “First Prize” at the “Bartók-Kabalevsky” International Piano Competition (USA), the Piano Biennial (Mexico), the National Edvard Grieg Competition, and the National Xalapa Competition, as well as many other prizes and distinctions.
