6:00–11:00 p.m.
Join us for our 9th annual Pride Block Party in collaboration with the Dallas Arts District, the Nasher Sculpture Center, and the Crow Museum of Asian Art. This year, the DMA is doing Pride with a little bit more funk. You can expect disco vibes all night long and a special spotlight on Black Queer culture in celebration of Juneteenth! Come groove, explore, and experience art just as diverse and one-of-a-kind as Texas. Look for a special performance at our annual Kiki Ball, featuring icons from the Dallas Ballroom scene. Meet us on the dance floor in your best retro glam!
As we honor the national Juneteenth holiday during our annual Pride celebration, we encourage everyone to visit the National Juneteenth Museum website and learn more about this important piece of Texas and American history: nationaljuneteenthmuseum.org.
Admission to the Dallas Arts District Pride Block Party is FREE. Click here to register.
The Museum will close at 5:00 p.m. and reopen for Pride guests at 6:00 p.m.
All guests will enter through the Main Entrance across from Klyde Warren Park or the Flora Street Entrance and go through a security bag checkpoint.
Special exhibitions require paid admission. Tickets for Samurai to the Imperial Court and X Marks the Spot: Contemporary Screenprinting at Brand X Editions are available from 6:00 to 10:30 p.m.
