Popular . . . you’re gonna be popular! Come along as we scour the Museum for pop culture favorites of the past and present. We’ll learn how objects like soup cans, pumpkins, comics, and Coca Cola jumped from everyday life into the art museum. Then, in the studio, we’ll draw and paint like the famous artists of the past, but with a modern twist. Turn your favorite movie, toy, book, or song into a still life, landscape, and portrait, and make art that POPS!
