Summer Camp: Marvelous Masks

Take a whirl around the world, back in time, and onto the stage as we learn about global masking traditions. Explore the DMA’s extensive collection of masks and learn the significance of masks in cultures on (almost) every continent! Then, find inspiration in ancient Greek mythology and theater to make your own Greek theater masks, write a short play inspired by Greek mythology, create costumes, and more. All Athenians are invited to the amphitheater for the performance!
