Summer Camp: Paint the Town

July 7–11, 9:00 a.m.–noon
Ages 9–12

Get comfortable with the basics of painting and drawing. Explore the Museum’s galleries to see how different artists use paint, and then develop your own unique painting style. Have fun experimenting in the studio as you build skills in brush techniques, color mixing, and design while using watercolor, tempera, inks, mixed media, and acrylics. Sketch in the galleries and then grab a paintbrush to paint big in the studio.
