School visits at the DMA facilitate wonder, joy, and creativity in students who participate, and they are specially designed for K–12 classroom, homeschool, and community groups of 10 or more children.
Our goal for every student is to help them make meaningful personal connections with a few purposefully chosen works of art. Guided tours at the DMA are interactive and focus on 4–5 works of art instead of giving an overview tour of the DMA. It is impossible to take in all the DMA has to offer in one school visit! If you are interested in students seeing as much as possible of the DMA during their visit, please use this link to schedule a self-guided visit.
Starting in September, new per-student fees will help the DMA support its educational programs and ensure equitable learning experiences for all students who visit the Museum. School visits are always free for Dallas ISD schools. Check out our guided-tour pricing below:
